Experience the charm of the Spanish countryside, and enjoy your very own oasis of tranquility amongst the citrus fields – only a few minutes drive from the beach.
This is something for those looking to combine the best of both worlds.
One of the main reasons for wanting to buy property on the Costa Blanca is of course the proximity to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The reality however of living right on the beach is not always as idyllic as one would imagine.
Owning property front line to the beach is indeed very special, but what many people do not think of is that it requires a lot of maintenance due to high levels of humidity and salt in the air.
During the warm summer evenings the sea breeze is lovely, but it is unfortunately less charming in February, and during the high season it can get very crowded and loud.
It goes without saying that the closer you get to that sandy beach, the higher the prices go and the lower the square meters.
If you go a little inland, and by a little we only mean a 5 to 15 minute drive, you have some fantastic properties in charming small towns and lovely neighborhoods.
Imagine that for the same price of a smaller apartment by the beach, you can get a spacious town house or even a villa with your very own pool. After a nice day on the beach you can leave the sand and crowd behind, and drive 10 minutes to your own oasis of tranquillity on the Spanish countryside.
