Quality control is the Alfa & Omega of Camarsol, and we are very picky when it comes to choosing properties, projects, builders, and partners in general. All the properties in our portfolio have undergone the strictest quality assurance procedures.
We ensure that all second hand properties comply with all the formalities related to registration and taxes, and that the property is legal and free of any holds.
We likewise ensure that all new building projects we take on are free of any known faults and irregularities, and only work with serious builders we can trust.
This way, we can make sure everything is correct and legal, and offer you a problem free and smooth transaction.
When it comes to buying property, our number one recommendation is always to buy something you can easily sell again, regardless of the market situation.
Once you have found the property that you wish to buy, Camarsol will guide you through the legal and administrative process, step by step.
Every country has their own procedures, laws and regulations, and for many foreign buyers the Spanish system can seem confusing, especially when you do not speak the language.
Our aim is therefore to take you through this process, explaining everything in a clear and comprehensive way, in order for you to understand how things work in Spain.
We will take care of all the documentation requirements such as getting a NIE number (Foreign Identification Number), preparing a contract of reservation, setting up a local bank account as well as providing assistance and advice regarding financing, inheritance, and taxation etc.
Then finally, we will guide you through the signature of the Deed, either in person or through a POA (Power of Attorney) and take care of all the paperwork until the final Deed is duly registered.
It is important to remember that Camarsol handles the complete transaction in-house, meaning we do not need to outsource any services or bring in specialists for the job. This way we avoid unnecessary confusion and extra costs.
After the purchase is completed, we will help you with all the practical matters such as furnishing, decorating, adding special fixtures etc.
If your home is a new building, we will help you with the “snag list” and communication with the building company after the takeover.
We will gladly recommend all kinds of service providers you might need for maintenance, installations etc.
